Hats off to Robert who responded to my emergency call for a busted pipe under my house here in Albany. Even though it was late at night Robert was able to repair the busted pipe so that my family was able to take their normal showers early the next morning. Thanks again Robert.

I gave 1 star because no stars was not an option. Terrible. I called for service, was never told that there was a service call fee, then cancelled it and he showed up 20 minutes later and demanded $90.00, he did nothing, he stayed on the property until he was paid in cash

They can't even answer the phone. I called twice and heard the message that the call would be recorded, then it sounded like someone picked up the phone and hung it up.
