I just called and ask about an appointment to see if I qualify for any benefits. The lady on the phone was very helpful and I have appointment for next week. Great customer service.

Extremely Poor Customer Service. The employees there made me feel as if I was really bothering them or getting on there nerves. I actually spoke to the representative there during there lunch break. I was the only customer in the parking lot the door was locked and was told to come back around 2 pm. So I guess the lunch break is from 12pm to 2 pm. If you are working to make a Veterans life better you may need to follow one simple rule. A lot of veterans put your life before there own in a lot of combat situations, You can do the Receptacle in a customer service situation. Your job at the Veterans Service has a more noble and glorious purpose than just a regular 9 to 5 or just regular admin work. YOUR JOB HAS THE ABILITY TO CHANGE LIVES. If you can not do that then MOVE OUT SMARTLY AND DRAW FIRE and allow someone else to have that job opportunity.
