My daughter wanted her ears pierced, so we decided to go to Claire's. I was worried because she doesn't do well with pain, but the piercer was so professional and let her hold a stuffed unicorn from the shelf while she got it done. She was very sanitary and made my daughter feel comfortable through the whole thing. The only con about the store is the prices are quite high. I guess you get what you pay for, though.

I called the day before to schedule and appointment, did, and they confirmed it, just to show up to a closed store. That was not fun explaining to a 5 year old who really had her heart set on getting her ears pierced.
