I have been so pleased with the service received at John Ross Jewelry. I would highly recommend for all your needs, jewelry purchase or repairs. Very high quality and very kind staff.
Well, my 6 year old wanted to buy a chain to make a necklace from a clip on ear ring that belonged to his great grandmother to give his sister for Christmas. The employee was exceedingly discouraging and just didn’t want to help. It seemed like she just didn’t want to find a solution to basically attach a chain to the broach. It made us sad....I went to Allen’s and they figured it out and I bought myself some earrings!
My husband's 25th anniversary ring exceeded all my expectations. Jake took my drawing (see last photo), and made it into a reality. He listened patiently to all my ideas and concerns. He answered all my questions. He kept me informed and involved every step of the way. Most of all, Jake took my idea to the next level when he applied his advanced skills and tasteful artistry to the final design and manufacturing of this ring. I could not be happier with my first experience at John Ross Jewelers.
