Cooks Appliance Service employees are very professional, prompt and courteous. I left a message last night and they came this morning. They stand behind their work. Dennis took good care of us. Would not hesitate to use them.
Prompt, friendly customer service, knowledgeable technicians. Found the problem with my freezer quickly, part was ordered and arrived next day. Technician came back out promptly, installed part and had the freezer back up and running. Only down a couple of days. Highly recommended.
