This pharmacy is disappointing. Waited in line for 30 minutes at the drive through just to be told that my wife’s insurance didn’t cover a particular prescription. Told the pharmacist that it didn’t matter, she wanted the prescription filled anyway. Was then told we had to go drive around and come back in 20 minutes to give them time to get it ready. Unacceptable! The prescription was called in the day before, but never filled. We will be taking our business to another pharmacy

Today I waited 48 minutes on the phone from caller #4 to when I got to be #1 they disconnected me WHILE I was in line IN THE STORE! This store is a Total mess and more people than I have ever seen waiting for drugs. They can NOT handle the Rite Aide business. Very Bad planning!!!
