I have a 2016 Malibu. Sales was excellent but their service has got to be the worst I have ever seen. I have been complaining of a popping noise since the car was 6 months old numerous times. I have the paper work of the multiple times I took it in for repair. The first time they claimed it was a broken passenger seat rail even though the noise was clearly coming from underneath the rear of the car. They put a new seat rail in it. It is the wrong part or they put it in backwards. The seat now will not go far enough forward and way to far backwards. So far back that a child would not have room to sit behind it. The car now only 34000 miles on it and I took it in for a routine service and again complained and showed the where the popping was coming from. I was once an ASE Master mechanic but I gave that up long ago when vehicles started becoming so computerized. The rear knuckles need to be replaced. They tighten two bolts on the knuckles and said it was fixed. They insisted I sign a diagnostic fee acceptance or they would not work on the car. I wrote on it but did not sign it. Charged me a LARGE diagnostic fee even though I had already told where and what the problem was. Still pops. I also told them that there was a one time occurrence of the front end of the car shaking and feeling like a tire was about to come off, ABS and Traction Control lights came on. I stopped to make sure one was not about to come off. The shaking continued for about ten miles. There is no mention of that on the service report for this trip which to me means it wasn't even checked. My first problem with Price was with a vehicle I no longer have where they wouldn't honor a special extended warranty item because I did not let them do the routine service on it. NEVER had a problem as long it was WALLACE but when they put on those Prince Automotive shirts they went straight to the dog house.

I was treated with respect and was not pushed or badgered. Scott Romero is an outstanding salesman. He went beyond the call of duty to get me a great price. I am hoping this is my last car but if I need another. I will go to prince. Thank you also to the finance manager. He made feel very at ease

Jeff Jones is a great salesman. Michael Moore did our delivery and did an excellent job. Of course with any car deal I wanted more for mine and wanted to pay less for yours, but I understand the deal process since having worked in the dealership arena in the pass. I shopped for this type of vehicle for the pass two weeks at a multitude of dealership in the southeast and Jeff was the only one that would call me back and try to work the deal. When I trade again I will give Prince Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Cadillac of Albany another shot. Thanks again for working with me. Bo Williams, Panama City, FL

Everything went Great with my 1st Vehicle ud83dude97 Service, since I purchased it back in September of 2019! My 1st Service was Free, I only got charged for a New ud83dudd11 FOB. The Staff where friendly and amazing, nothing but great things to say about my experience at Prince Chevrolet Of Albany, GA! I’d recommend anyone whether from Albany or not, to take your vehicle down to Prince Chevrolet for your Next Vehicle Servicing! Mr. Luis Zapata is amazing at his job! He got me out of a bad deal and got me a great rate on an excellent car!!!
