$4.00 fee to use the ATM is horrible. Banks shouldn't even charge fees to access your own money.

Poor customer service at this particular location. I love regions bank, but the drive through tellers at this location is the epitome of rudeness and down right disrespectful. Those type of people shouldn’t be the face of a Regions branch

Good eveningnnI Eleanor Ortiz report Region Bank the outside ATM machine at 2322 N Slappey Blvd, Albany GA 31701.the atm machine is always OUT OF ORDER! Within the last two weeks from June 24, 2020 - 7/9/20 today I went to atm to withdraw money and not able excluding today and not able because the atm is out off order. Each time I had to go to a different place near not another Region Bank I don’t have a Car. Now I’m forced to use a non Regions back I’m charged $3.00 for not using Regions bank plus the cost of the charge of the other atm costing for a single transaction up to $5:50 they I could have used. I work early hour before the bank opens and come home after the bank closes, so I’m not able to go insidenPlease can the issue be addressed thanking in advancennEleanor OrtiznRegions Customet

Being charged a fee to cash a check, which was written on your bank, because I don't have an account there, is WRONG! That is GREED!

Mrs Angela (Ususlaly at the Drive through window) is one of the sweetest ladies in the world. I am at this branch often for work, and it is a pleasure to work with her! Always has a smile on her face and is always so willing to go above and beyond to help.
