I went to the tax & tag department this week and there was only one person in line ahead of me and two people being waited on. There were at least two clerks sitting there talking to each other while ignoring us. After the customers that were in line were waited on and left it took almost ten minutes before I was acknowledge to come their window. I have never seen terrible customer service like this in the Tax/Tag office. I thought that they were unprofessional.

I can never ever ever get anyone to answer the phone. EVER! The supervisor is on vacation, always. Director Shauna Jocie never answers either! I bet they are cashing that check though!

I had to call to get the amount I owe and not only are they valuing my property at a frighteningly high rate but they hung up on me as soon as she told me the amount.
