DO NOT SHOP WITH SUNY!! Oxford Diamonds has the worst possible customer service you can find in a jeweler. One of Suny’s employees traded me a 2ctw bracelet ($2500 value) for a bracelet and necklace I gave ($6500 value). It has been 6 months since this happened, and not only has Suny not resolved it, but he has entirely been ignoring all my calls and messages over the last 6 months. Terrible customer service. Again - do not waste your money with these crooks.

Took my money else where. came in hoping to find me a nice rolex and a cuban link chain. all they have is 10k gold. which is the worst investment to buy. and when i asked to see the rolex the old Indian guy didnt want me to let me touch the watch or even put it on. very upset. Suny the jewler if you see this check your staff. and everything you advertise on your instagram isnt even in your store? would give 0 stars if i could. take your money else where people. taking my hard earned money to jamesvta in LA 18k gold or 24k
