When I tell you EVERY TIME I need assistance, Ms. Clara Drain is the absolute BEST! She listens, actively finds out how she can help and execute. Clara is by far the BEST Licensed Support Staff at ALLSTATE INSURANCE COMPANY. If you need auto, life, home owners insurance, contact Ms. Clara at Allstate—She will make certain you have what you need. Thank you Ms. Drain! You can teach a class on CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!

Zero (0) stars if possible. Sent me a cancellation (i.e, non-renewal) letter for failing to meet beautification standards and remove discoloration (moss) from back of home during pandemic, on a homeowner's policy with a $10,000 deductible, where discoloration of siding would not be covered in any eventuality. I chose not to believe the many, MANY bad Allstate reviews when I paid for this policy (again, $10,000 deductible).

I have had my house insured with Anthony Williams at Allstate insurance for almost 20 years, he is always kind, professional. and gives me good advice on what to choose or not. I am very happy I chose this office for my home insurance.

I always am pleased with the service from this office. Ms. Evette is wonderful she never has a problem explaining anything about my policy. She even tells me ways to save money. I have been with Allstate for over 5 years now because of them. Keep up the great work.
