My State Farm Insurance office under Barbara Collins is awesome! Whenever I call with a question, the office staff seems to know my voice immediately and are very quick to access my information in their system. I have been with this office for more than 20 years and the service has not changed.nnSpecial kudos to Ken who has been a blessing to me when I needed timely info. When he says he is going to return a call by a certain time, he does so. I've had some pretty tough questions, but he patiently researched my item and provided great feedback. Barbara Collins in one word is...AMAZING!!! I am so thankful for all the help I received when I came from Chicago. I worked with Keith and he was wonderful and committed to assisting me and he did just that. I would recommend Barbara Collins State Farm to anyone. Ms. Collins has always provided excellent customer service. Ms. Collins has been my insurance agent for many years I would highly recommend her to anyone. A while back a person drove their car thru my bedroom. Management company couldn't be bothered to help me once they kicked me out of unit. Ms Collins took care of me well offering me a hotel. She also knew I couldn't replace the furniture and submit receipts. She got me the funds to buy a new bedroom set. Highly recommend this office/agent.
