Outstanding customer service! I have my Auto , life , and renters policies here , great reasonable rates! Also everyone in the office is bilingual so its a plus for spanish speaking customers.

I am glad some have gotten good service from this agency. I only wish I could say the same.nI have trouble getting through on the phone. I had an appointment withJohn on Friday afternoon, was called that morning, John was unable to make the meeting. Reschedules for Wednesday morning, got to office about 10 min. Early, was told he was running a little late. Waited about 10 minutes past scheduled time, was told he was going to be another 10-15 min. During this time NO person came to see if they could help, or acknowledge our being in their office. The lady receptionist was busy on the phone,with customers trying to help them.
