Quick Relief Dental Emergency Clinic

This clinic should definitely be under investigation for “malpractice”, I’ve never had a experience like this at any dentist EVER! So I called to have my tooth extracted, I was brought in the same day as the call made, was able to see a dentist, I had X-rays done prior to coming to this office so there was only an exam was required before the extraction was done. After the dentist examined my tooth and the X-rays, he told me he would rather I come in the morning to have the tooth extracted, which I said was totally fine. The dentist told me he would call me to have me come in as soon as possible as I was in severe pain. He then wrote me 3 scripts for pain meds and antibiotics and told me I should take these prior to coming back in for the extraction. Moral of the story I NEVER received a call or courtesy call explaining why I was never brought back in to have the tooth extracted. The tooth is literally cracked in half and causes severe pain to chew or swallow. I called the dentist office the other day just to be told, their office will be closed and wouldn’t be able to extract my tooth anytime soon. The receptionist was very rude and not helpful, and said maybe there was a reason the dentist didn’t call me back which I found to be very unprofessional being that I was in severe pain. I’m definitely filing a complaint with the state at this point. PLEASE BE AWARE OF GOING HERE !

Me and my boyfriend went to this place today and we’re so grateful! We called at about 6pm asking if we could just walk in and get seen, they said yes we went there and it took maybe and hour to walk out of there with the painful molar extracted! The dentist is really nice and friendly too. I will recommend this place ud83dudc4dud83cudffd Great job

My mom was here out of town. The filing had fell out of my mom's tooth on a Sunday. I called Quick Relief Dental Emergency and explained my situation .Dr.Bini told me to bring my mom in the same day at 6:00 pm .We arrive before the time and Dr Bini took us right on in.He is so friendly and he explained to my mom everything that he was doing. He was AWESOME ☺ufe0fud83dude0dud83eudd29. Now Dr.Bini will be my mom's primary dentist. Thank you Dr. Bini for your most outstanding work with my mom. I have never felt so played. I called ahead about the insurance I have, to assure I would not be wasting my time. I was dealing with an excruciating toothache. I was told the Dr. should and would work with me as long as I can pay the fee for the exam. I end up going up to the place...still in pain of course. I let them know I am the one who called ahead to verify if my insurance would be accepted. Basically received an xray without a full understanding as to if my insurance would but accepted then here I am left to pay for an xray then being told no for my insurance. I'm not okay with this.

Dr. Bini and his assistant were PHENOMENAL!!! He was so patient and gentle. Went in with an excruciating tooth ache. I was in and out within 30 minutes. He explained everything he was doing and his assistant held my hand the whole time. I would 100% recommend them to any and everyone!!
