Very disappointed. I had an appointment scheduled for the 8th that they canceled due to the threat of snow. They said they would be in contact to reschedule. After 2 weeks, I had not received a call from them to reschedule. I called to reschedule and had an appointment for 8:30 this morning. I made arrangements with my employer to work from home to facilitate this morning's appointment with minimal disruption to my work. I arrived at 8:20 to be told that they couldn't get me in and told me to come back at 11:30. I cannot just come back at 11:30. I have meetings. I need to work. I stood there reviewing my calendar and offered many other dates in January and February, but they didn't have any openings. Once I got to March in my calendar, I gave up. I will find a new dentist. Sadly, this wasn't the first time I'd received a last minute cancellation and difficulty setting up a new appointment. I'm done.
