This library staff was extremely rude. They said walk-ins were fine to pick up holds when I called ahead, but when I arrived, they insisted that they were unable to hand me my holds due to patrons being required to make online appointments for pickups. This is not specified on the email, website or text message alerts. There was not a single person waiting in line for books. It was obvious the staff could have handed me my holds, but they refused. I am extremely frustrated at this laughable situation. There were 4 staff members telling me they had no time process my request. I will not be coming to this branch again due to the unprofessional customer service. I recommend you find another branch to request your library books.
So bad experience this morning! That lady was so rude whith me by phone when I wanted to get some information.

Great library. Friendly staff
Great selection of books. I come here to read science fiction and romance. They have a great selection of the lastest books. They have programs that are free which help the community that is often better than paid help. 5 stars. Love this library. It is the best in Georgia that I have seen by far.
