High monthly payments/that various from month to month. Vicky, is never available/won’t respond to voicemail. If I could rate lower. I most definitely would. Oh it’s most be a Georgia thing. Customer service overall in this state sucks. I’m two years in and I’m really hate living here. Ijs!

I would recommend this office because they did what other insurance didn’t.nThey explained all of my coverages and told me about all the discounts I’m eligible.nIf I have any questions I email the owner and she calls me back immediately.nI called different times and all of the staff were professional and helpful.nIf they didn’t know the answer, they didn’t rush to answer but called me back with the correct answer and even send me in writing.nI would recommend this office!

I can't say enough good things about Ashley Pickett at this Allstate office. I have worked with her on my homeowner's insurance, and aside from Allstate providing the best quote, Ashley went above and beyond to make sure my coverage continued when Allstate tried to cancel my policy due to the type of shingles I have on my home. Ashley actually cares about her clients. I highly recommend this office for insurance.

We recently suffered severe damage on our house and had to file a complaint. The agent has been non-existent throughout this ordeal. Absolutely NON-EXISTENT.nWe have 3 houses and 3 cars, and a boat insured with this agency for many years. Now for once we need some assistance, we got NONE whatsoever. Go find someone else if you want real insurance coverage.
