Mr. Browne is an amazing agent! He is quick to answer questions clearly, keeps good business hours and has a great location!! If I needed a new agent, his agency would be my first pick!

Nice people! Always explaining things. If they say I’ll call you tomorrow they call, not a week later. If I say text me the info I get the text. True to their word.

This review is aimed directly at this specific Allstate branch.nMy car has been in the shop for over 3 weeks with no checks paid out to the mechanic. The day I addressed this with my agent directly, Zakiya had the problem resolved in less than one business week.nI cannot express how grateful I am to know this group is there for me as an advocate to Allstate as a whole.nShe kept on pushing the claims department and i have faith it will be done again in the future of needed.nIf you need an allstate agent, I highly recommend the Corey Browne agency
