Is customer service dead? I waited 5.5 hours for a tow, 2:30pm-7:58 pm which is out of this world! I called my local office to explain my experience, meet with slight concern or empathy talking to Travis.nnHis first response was “you should had called another tow company, we would have reimbursed you(which I never knew, no formal communication with this office besides a mail letter)and why didn’t you call this office”. This was not his office direct failure but the brand failure and their service, he was very defensive towards me.nnThis is my truth, my experience. My impression after ending the call was ‘it is, what it is’ culture. A apology was given, but no guest recovery for my time, which makes me question do they really value their customers with so much competition out there? Beware!nnDo not spend your money with companies who do not value you as a customer. I am following up with corporate office. He could had stated, he would look into the situation, instead of saying he couldn’t do anything. Moving forward!

Just getting started but it showed up in my back door. I looked finding them near, I was given directions, but Travis called and shifted my role. In a moment he removed the stress of my efforts! For anyone in the area give Travis a call! Great service!
