Beautiful handmade lighting with knowledgeable and friendly staff.

I want to start by saying that I own a large interior design firm and have purchased there products through various outlets and I recently purchased a chandelier that I put up in a clients home and the product was not manufactured properly and was a disaster waiting to happen.nnI had one of my contractors put it up in my clients home and within minutes the chain snapped in three places and the top of the light snapped right off and ripped out of the ceiling just hanging by the wire. It hit my contractor and sliced his arm open and bruised his arm really badly. If this would've happened an hour later my clients 2yr old would've been playing in the area as she normally did and this very heavy chandelier weighing about 70 pounds with glass would've possibly killed the child had it snapped at that time.nnI immediately contacted soleria lighting to let them know of this dangerous situation and that the light they manufactured was dangerous and could've killed someone. They were nice the first day and said to send them pictures. I sent them pictures of the broken light and had no response. I then contacted Joanie and she got extremely nasty and said it wasn't there problem and hung up on me. I then tried to call back and she ignored my calls. I want to advise people that there products are very dangerous and could possibly kill someone because they are poor quality.nnI not only have to worry about my reputation for using their products before in clients home but also my clients safety. I am going to send a warning to all my clients that have these products in their homes. BEWARE!! these products are extremely dangerous and the company doesn't back up there product. I will never buy these products again to put my clients or myself in danger. Please..please..please be careful and check your lighting product in your home if you have purchased a soleria lighting product because it become an extreme danger for your kids or yourself.
