Yellow Mat is most inclusive, welcoming, and warm yoga studios I have been to in Atlanta. I love the classes and the descriptions are right on. The atmosphere is so wonderful and the teachers are all amazing, especially Siha. I've loved every class! Not to mention the special events, like the Women's Circle. The class sizes are just right and I've enjoyed practicing with everyone that I've met there. It is truly a wonderful place to practice yoga.
The owner of this studio is so amazing and accommodating! I am a disabled vet and after speaking to her about my concerns she ensure my practice was “My Practice” and it changed the way I showed up for myself on the mat and in life. The studio vibe was amazing hands down. There’s also a cute retail area with items local artists. I am proud to be a part of this vibe tribe and continue on my path to healing. Yoga is more and asana - PosennGive them a try...the membership is super affordable as well and the neighborhood situation is super legit.nnCheers ud83eudd42
I love this studio, anytime im in Atlanta I always come to visit. The vibe is GREAT!!! Awesome classes for all levels and different events that keep the community and yogis involved. I will most definitely be back.
I have been to several yoga studios in Atlanta, and Yellow Mat Yoga is by far the BEST. They really make you feel welcomed, especially if you are new. The yoga teachers actually take the time to help perfect poses. Also the space is BEAUTIFUL!
Beautiful space to practice in and Siha is a wonderful instructor!
