Can't recommend this place enough. We went here because we like supporting local businesses and they were highly recommended. Within 2 minutes of being there, we knew why they came so highly recommended. Everyone we spoke to was incredibly friendly, helpful, and they weren't trying to upsell. They listened to us, figured out what we wanted, and found us the perfect wedding bands for our wedding. Special shout-out to Liam for working with us to find the perfect bands. He was great to communicate with even after we left the shop. He was never pushy, very respectful, and incredibly knowledgeable as well. We'd also like to mention Jonathan for helping us with what he made seem an effortless resizing. Thank you all at Worthmore for such a great experience!

Great experience today with Dan at Worthmore! I brought in my grandmother's vintage watch, which was not working and probably had not been for decades. Dan examined it and gave me a lot of info about it. He then opened it up to see inside. Found a hair (!!) inside the watch. He removed it and the clock started ticking! Needless to say, I was thrilled!nMy previous experiences at Worthmore have also been top-notch. The staff is friendly and professional and extremely knowledgeable.

I was given a replacement watch band (metal) from the Decatur location and had to bring it back in to have it sized. Normally, this would only take a few minutes, but due to the construction of the band, they needed longer. I was next door at the Brick Store Pub beer garden finishing up some work.nnLaura Foster, who due to her very personable manner and attention to detail I assumed was the manager, left their shop and came to me to check the fit, not once, but twice. I was cold outside and she really didn't need to do that as I would have returned, but she did and I appreciate that level of customer service in this day and age. The band was $35 I think, the sizing, which ended up being quite an undertaking on their part, was included in that price. Don't think you have to spend a lot of money to get top not attention. It would seem that all customers are appreciated equally here.nnGo see them in Decatur and ask for Laura. She will take great care of you!

Jonathan was super sweet and helpful. He helped me work on resizing my ring and instead of pushing me a more expensive route, he put a temporary bar on my ring so I could test it out and see how the seasons and weather change the fit. He invited me back to resize when I was ready which was great to not have any pressure but still feel welcomed. He notice i have a weird thing with Opals and showed me some beautiful work from an artist out of Istanbul. I’m not a big jewelry person but wow these prices changed my mind. Great service and great experience. Thanks Jonathan!

Came in to get my wedding ring re-sized. Jonathan was extremely helpful and my ring now fits perfectly. Also found a great Valentine’s Day gift for my wife—Worthmore has a great selection of jewelry and watches that you won’t find elsewhere. Will definitely be returning for my jewelry repairs and shopping.
