This place is a scam! Stay away. When I dropped the necklace off they gave me one price, but when I picked it up it was an additional $33 for a necklace repair that is still NOT repaired. When I repeatedly showed the lady that the necklace still does not clamp she pretended to all of a sudden not understand English saying “repair not guaranteed.” I will also be filing a claim with the BBB.
Went to get 2 rings repaired . One she repaired she did a awful job and blacked my diamonds she said it was from the fire I said will it come off she said bring it back another day for her to clean it!ud83dudc81ud83cudffc♀ufe0f The other ring a diamond few after one wear. Went back and she said she would have to charge me! She don’t back her work and I would have to pay to fix it!! Awful costumer service! Won’t never go back there!!

I brought 2rings to be repaired when I went to get a quote I was told 40$ for both when I picked them up she charged me 75. One ring was a gift from my dad over 40 years ago obviously I had to get it back ..stay away from this place
