You get rewarded for careful driving; they did give some refunds for coronavirus. They also offer a program to receive points.

This agency is the worst experience I have ever seen with incompetence. The agent there Brandon reached out to me with info on Allstate. The rates looked good and I asked a lot of questions on customer service.nWe moved forward and he mixed me up with another driver put in wrong info on me and I was told I couldn’t be insured. He apologized then temporarily fixed it. There were lots of billing issues with Allstate and their corporate office accepts no agent liability.nThis is one dysfunctional company who thinks if their commercials are funny they can bring in the drivers—nI switched to a local agent at Allstate near me and she obviously didn’t catch the issue- as it resurfaced a cancellation of next month.nI also like the way they pretend to be open on Saturday.nIf this isn’t fixed I will file a suit against this company.nBuyer beware of stupid salespeople.
