I had a great experience from start to finish with Maple Mountain fireplace. Zero pressure and a relaxed atmosphere. Knowledgeable staff with great customer service. Doug was incredible to work with. Their team performed all of the gas line work for me for my fire pit. They showed up when they said they would. Did a great job and were very respectful. Cleaned up after themselves as well. Five stars easy for this company!
My husband looked at several companies, but chose Maple Mountain Fireplace because of their great reviews and personable customer service.
We weren’t disappointed! They did a great job with the demo, gas hook-up and install of our new gas fireplace!
They recommended Jeremy Crane to install a new fireplace surround and mantel.
Jeremy and Randy were so good to work with us.
They wanted to create exactly what we wanted, and were careful that it met fire code so it would be safe.
They also mounted our TV over the fireplace and hooked everything up!

What a wonderful fireplace! Actually, two - front room and family room :) They are beautiful and everything I wanted. Mike and James were terrific - professional, thorough, willing to explain and answer my questions, and they did a fantastic job not only with the install but with the clean-up. We have a gas fireplace that hasn't worked for some time and decided to get it ready for fall. Called Maple Mountain Fireplace and they recommended Jeremy Crane to get it going. So glad they did! Jeremy serviced the fireplace and got it running in no time. He even found and repaired a gas leak which certainly gives me peace of mind.
Jeremy was courteous, professional, and clearly explained what he was doing. Highly recommended!
Absolutely love my new fireplace! Everyone was amazing from the time we had our in home consultation of replacing the existing wood burner to install.
