Riverdale High School

My daughter was punched in the face 3 times by a boy at that school, she pulled him back by his hair to get him off her. They suspended my daughter for 5 days. This is NOT the only incident where the teachers and administrators were incompetent. Not all are bad but a lot of the staff should not even be educators or administrators. The only way they act on something is if there happen to be video of the incident. In another situation the teacher told the student to erase the video, I guess she didn't know there were other copies. It incriminated her, she was proving to be a liar. There are so many incidents I can't even name. I would not recommend this school to anyone at all. You can't treat all students bad just because some students are bad. I wish I could give it no stars.

I was extremely disappointed when I asked for Alice Cooper at the front desk and they said that she didn’t work there, an obvious lie! So instead I decided to look for Miss Grundy (i really need help with my music...) but I found out that she had been fired! Honestly the school has just went completely downhill since the death of Jason Blossom.

The death of Jason Blossom really sent this school on a path for the worst. Mrs Grundy was my favorite music teacher but she sadly left. I have had some good experiences here but this school is just going down a dark path.

If your child needs no help staying focused and can tune out the foolishness, they'll be fine. But if your child needs help, any type of help, from the staff at Riverdale High School, please find arrangements for them to attend another school. No shade...just facts. Stop by as a visitor, unannounced, and my review will be confirmed.

This school is awful they disown you they so unorganized n this cumin from a student its full of roaches ur not getting the right education the princples are the worst some teachers are good the rest is horrible they told my brother he will never be nothing lik what is wrong with you you wasnt anything before u got the job u was a straight bum leaving with your parents please do not DO NOT send your child here the worst school all they worry about is sports that they lose everyday YOUR CHILD IS NOT SAFE HERE and this is coming from Miya jenae stallings i do not recommend anyone here they have no control and they treat you like the worst
