Great for DIY. Very friendly employees. The only local store I could find that had in-stock a capacitor for my furnace/AC blower motor. Works great! (be sure to ground the old capacitor to prevent getting shocked while replacing)

We are amateurs but wanted to try a small job on our own. We went in showed Jermey what we needed to do and he took so much time to show us how to make it all work and got us all the supplies we needed. Best costumer service!

I have used these Southwest for over 10 years. These guys have always provided the best customer service no matter how small or large of a job I was doing. They carry good quality products. If you need plumbing supplies they are the ones to go to. Plus they have an awesome showroom.

I went there today because my Maxi-Paw sprinklers were sticking. I went in and a nice guy at the counter started helping me. Now, I realize I'm not a plumber, and I'm not wealthy and I'm not a man, but I've done a few repairs before. There was an older guy at one desk to the right of me and a younger guy at another desk by him. I asked the guy at the counter how I would change out the "guts" of the sprinkler, he was very nice and started to help me, he really was very respectful that's why I'm giving this place two stars..BUT the cocky young guy at the desk said something to the effect of "So, you're resorting to this now, are you (counter guys name I can't remember)". Like he was making fun of the counter guy...or of ME for asking such a menial question, and the counter guy trying to help me. I could tell the counter guy felt awkward. Thank god the cocky guy finally walked in the back. It was horribly awkward and disrespectful and that Cocky guy needs to know one thing from me. "Don't make women feel uncomfortable in your store, be respectful to them and the nice guys who are trying to do his job. Women my age have plenty of money to spend, and cocky little punks like you just cost you a lifelong customer" I went to Sprinkler World and got what I needed and was treated with respect. I'll never go back to SouthWest Plumbing again in my life.

Finally! On our 3rd try, we found a plumbing supply store with employees that have actual plumbing knowledge! Other 2 stores were unable to give advise to help us out. Next time we will gladly drive the extra few miles to come here.
