This is probably the worst Concentra location I’ve ever visited. From the beginning, my entire experience was horrible. I went to get a physical for pre-employment. During my eye exam, the medical assistant allowed other patients to simply walk in my line of sight and have freaking conversations! Thankfully, I have perfect vision. Next my blood pressure was taken and I was told it was high. I immediately got a second opinion at a different location but I was skeptical and was told it’s perfectly healthy. Now, I find out the young lady that took my DT didn’t properly complete my chain of custody form and I’ve been waiting for a week for my results! I highly recommend law enforcement investigate this location! Something is not right about this place! You’ve been warned....

They are supposed to open at 7:30. Here it is 7:50 and only one employee has shown up just to go in and lock the door. Ridiculous!!! “Update” after they finally opened the doors I was actually very pleased at how nice and professional they were. Definitely need to change hours of service if they aren’t going to open till after 8:00.

Worse than worse. If I could’ve given no star or a negative star, I would’ve. The doctors are horrible and don’t like doing their jobs. Went in for a work injury, but they never did an evaluation, no xrays, nothing to actually see what was wrong. After several visits and complaining to my job that the doctors weren’t doing anything, i was finally told by 1 of the doctors that it was a waste of my time coming there, after I told her that i haven’t had anyone evaluate or check my injury since i started going there. I seriously advise not going to this place, you may also be told it’s a waste of your time!

This place is horrific. I check in at 12:15 .over the past hr of my sitting there been ppl going in front of me that came in after me.. I advice the front desk at least 4x I had to urinate and cannot hold . They kept telling me your next but ppls are still getting called to the back after I done told the front desk 4 different times I have to urgently urinate, that I have held my urinate for 2 hours straight urgently.. I went back to the front desk again to explain that you all are still calling ppl to the back after you said I was next knowing I been holding my Urine got 2 hours urgently, the sad part about it is they told me that the have to wait another 15 minutes. After that I said forget it and went to use it in there public restroom.. I’ve never been to a clinic where you have held your urine for 2 hours straight urgently and have mentioned it over 4 x to the front desk and still allowing ppl that came in after you , go in front of you and still telling you had to wait 15 min more.. real clinic knows the health hazards of holding urine , ex speciallynAfter 2 hours straight.. I called the pre employer told them exactly what happened and please do do not reschedule me for this horrific place .

Scam - They charged me $150 to tell me what I already know and that I should go to the emergency room. Which they would not schedule an appointment for or verify that I visted. DO NOT GO!
