I have always had a great experience with Kroger Pharmacy. The employees have always helped me, they took time to explain to me what I needed to do and how to take my medicines. Thank you for being so kind to me.

One customer service representative and 12 people in line. Between Western union transactions and bill pay. If you need money services like a simple money order prepare to wait like u waiting at a foodstamp office. Meanwhile six cashiers are laughing and discussing what to eat on break or what the latest store gossip is. Guess what you don't see... a manager to help move the line
