CVS Pharmacy

I was waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes with only 2 cars in line. After I got to the window I waited another 10 minutes just for them to tell me they didn’t have my medicine in stock. This place is the worst. Go to Walgreens instead!

Called tonight to speak to pharmacist. They never answered! Was on hold over 40 min before I hung up, that is unacceptable

People are rude had an elderly lady with me, that just got out the hospital. All I wanted to know was how long the wait would be for her meds. I originally went to the drive through. Sat there for a good 5 minutes, while the car in front of me didn’t move. Seemed like they were waiting for their script to be filed. So I walked up to the window just to ask how long the wait would be. Female asked what the medication was then told me it was a hazard to stand at the window. So I walked in with her, it’s never what you say but how you say it! We didn’t even get noticed or a greeted like Kim(head pharmacist) gave some time Hispanic man that walked in after we’d been standing in line for 5 or more minutes. They didn’t even bother to answer the phone the entire time we waited to drop off a script. No customer service at all! Don’t bother coming here unless you had your script called in.

First, kudos to you all for being available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. I arrived to the pharmacy at 4:30AM to the most polite and genuine guy by the name of Alex. It was calming for me to be greeted with a “Good Morning, I’ll be with you as soon as possible.” He quickly Gilles my prescription with a smile and a goodnight. Awesome service!! Keep being who you are Alex! It pays off more than you know.

Customer service is bad very bad! The wait is an hour EVERY TIME I come here! SAD
