The experience, atmosphere, and level of customer service was outstanding! Every person we encountered was courteous and ensured our family had a safe and enjoyable experience.nnI highly recommend renting the room. The space was clean, and there were plenty of disinfectant stations throughout the facility to promote safety in using the shared spaces.nnNOTE: This location is card only. If you have cash, you will have to exchange your cash for gift cards in order to purchase concessions.
The theater was nice. Loved the seating, the temperature was comfortable and enjoyed the movie. The popcorn could've been hotter and a family restroom would be great. As a single father of a toddler daughter it would help tremendously.
I was surprised and hesitant when a friend of mine booked a movie theater. So the kids could watch a movie. We had the movie theater to ourselves. It was clean and they sprayed down the seats. I liked the way you can book a theater room. It was not expensive. Especially when you divide it by the number of people going. We will be doing this more often.
I actually love this place. It hasn't been perfect for the past decade or so but over all the movie experience is very pleasant. The only complaint, and it's really directed toward the other patrons: don't be looking at your texts or actually calling someone during the movie!!!! Ugh!!!
Not many staff members. But they all were very nice and ready to work. Concession area has changed since covid. Staff members has to get the items out for you. But I think that is a safe and clean way. The restroom was very clean! And the movie was great to. WW84
