Every time I call there was a representative that schedule someone to come out and give me an estimate of cost. And once that was done and I paid, they came out and picked up my large trash bed furniture bushes or etc between one or two days. Which made me very happy.
Called Clayton County Refuse ,spoke with Barbara, told her of furniture left in an empty lot (flood plain for the Flint River) across from my residents. Ask her what could be done, she said she would send an order through. Great news, the furniture has been picked up, thank Mrs. Barbara for getting this done in a timely manner!
I hate they service and customer service.. never do what they supposed to
The person who answers the phone there is very rude and provides very poor customer service. She is very curt and comes across as if she couldn’t care less regarding your request.
I had to keep calling and calling and calling so basically I was begging and paying too!!! The customer service representatives could you a refresher course! Finally got it done.
