I hate their new hours and customer service. They open at 10 am but you can’t pick up your book curbside until 12pm. Then they only let people in for the first 5 minutes at the top of the hour. It doesn’t make any sense and it’s very confusing I’m just gonna start going to the Fayetteville library that has more flexible hours.
Every time I have gone there and needed help with anything they were most accommodating.
Being charged for damaged done to a before I borrowed. And for charges incurred due to no one being at the library during the pandemic lock down. My books were in the drop box, not my fault no one checked it or the books in it for weeks and weeks.
Good customer service.
I frequently enjoyed coming to this library. The staff is nice and friendly and they know their stuff.
