Customer service from the manager was not good. A window display fell on my grand daughter she just picked it up, the worker on the floor did ask if she was ok, then I almost tripped on another display poster that was on the floor. Store too small, no concern for us at all. I still bought the items. Didn't even offer a discount for the mishap. Oh well you shop and then you don't go back.
Everyone was nice and gentle with my baby.

Very small so not many people can get inside. My daughter got her ears pierced and they were very nice and sterilized everything.
I give a one-star rating. I call to get a status update of an online order and the phone rang 20xs. Finally, someone answers just to put me on hold and the phone hangs up. So I call back to no avail.
