We live in the Concord area. First off, I want to commend Joe on his performance. He is always pleasant and does a great job. My complaint is about the lady who also delivers to our area at times. She is not very careful on how she does her job. I understand that the postal service is under a lot of scrutiny lately, but it should not affect our service. Example- the other day we received a package in a bag that was clearly one that Joe would have brought up to the house. But she stuffed it into the mailbox and wound up breaking the hinge. Also, she drives that truck way too fast up our driveway. We have kids and dogs that might be out at the time. We have a sign warning of this at the end of the driveway.

The people behind the counter at the Oconomowoc Post Office have been nice and helpful, for many years. Mike, our home mail delivery man, is the best, and so kind.

I'm seeing everyone elses reviews about not getting their mail and we ALWAYS get out neighbors packages and mail. We always bring them to their houses but a lot of our packages and mail never comes and our neighbors dont bring them. They should really have to go to every house in this neighborhood and tell them to give them all the other peoples mail they got and then deliver it to the RIGHT ADDRESS. How hard can it be? it's your job to deliver mail, to the address on the package, not a random similar address or closeby address.

the mail man delivers my packages to a completely different house and i end up getting them a week later saying it got to the wrong address. But it only happens with the more expensive things. But all the rest of my mail gets there perfect but the somehow mess up the addresses on the packages every time.
