Dr. Crigler is the best! She offers top notch Physical Therapy services and amazing massage therapy. She is also super informative regarding health and wellness. You won't find another PT that cares more about their clients. Highly recommend!

Dr. Lauren is AMAZING, I couldn't be more thankful! When I started with her, I had daily back pain and also pain, tingling, and numbness down my right leg. In the past, I’ve taken prescription medication and have had steroid injections in my back. Nothing helped. One month after working with Dr. Lauren, I no longer had back pain, my leg symptoms were much better and I no longer take muscle relaxers or pain medications – not even an aspirin. With her guidance, I cleaned up my diet, lost weight and I have a lot more energy. I went from napping most days to never needing a nap! I’m running, cross training, and doing my physical therapy exercises as prescribed. I haven’t felt this good in over 10 years! I only wish I’d met Dr. Lauren sooner. Also, she's super cool and down to earth, you'll love working with her!

Dr. Crigler is very knowledgeable and was very professional with personal topics. She was able to make me comfortable and explain things concisely. I appreciate her knowledge and her expertise.

Dr. Lauren is a rare combination of professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. She works one on one with her patients to set goals and develop a program. She treated my lumbar disk pain and I went from “hobbled” to “back to normal” in a little over a month. Probably the best healthcare experience I’ve ever had.

Dr. Lauren is a bright and talented woman who practices what she preaches and believes that she should be able to devote her time to her patient. Unlike most physical therapy centers, your entire session is one on one time with her. The clinic is surprisingly large, bright, and clean. Her personality and approach to healing are refreshing. She's a gem.
