As always good store for petite sizes. Not so crowded today. However the store was half empty today

That is a really good Mall easy to get around all flat went by a few shops went by Skechers got me some shoes went by Under Armour boxing t-shirts buy one get one free great material you can count on Under Armour great place to go check it out

Went into the store to exchange my moms shirt that she had ordered online. she ordered it in white, it came in cream so she decided to go into the store to exchange it for something she would like. even though loft screwed up and sent her the wrong product, the workers at this location refused to give her an even exchange (because she ended up finding the white shirt she wanted in the store). the manager got involved and should’ve done the right thing but was incredibly rude. the staff under her was able to figure out a solution that she couldn’t. my mom is an avid loft shopper too so it’s a big shame. definitely will not be back to this location.
