Best experience yet!nI have had a horrible past experience at another large store jeweler & said I would never shop at another large jeweler again...nWell, my faith has been restored; thanks to Austin Starling! If you want professionalism, unmatched customer service and honesty, he is your guy!! He will forever be who my family shops with and I will refer everyone I know to him.

There is nothing more that I like better than getting what I need in a simple and quick manner, and that is exactly the experience I was fortunate enough to have at this store. Straight off the bat I was greeted by Austin when I came into the store, and even though I was a bit hesitant at first to ask him for his assistance(due to his Florida Gators mask),it is a good thing I did because he was extremely knowledgable about the products in the store.He was very patient and diligent in helping me find the perfect ring. Austin performed to a high level of professionalism while also being very personable and nonchalant to make me feel more comfortable. Feeling so at ease and welcome was the main reason for my exceptional shopping experience here( besides the beautiful ring), and I would highly recommend this location to anyone else. Be sure to ask for Austin!

My fiancé and I visited this store yesterday and we had the best experience ever! Every single sales associate help us out and it was just an awesome flow. They were not pushy at all and it made our experience stress-free.nAustin helped my fiancé earlier that day and when we returned, Ryan helped both my fiancé and I find another piece. He was very patient and an expert at his job.nRhonda is so warm and just very knowledgeable and answered every question that we had. If you are needing help finding the perfect gift or any piece just because, it is a MUST that you go see this amazing team. Thank you so much for your help and I will definitely be back.

Beware!!! nothing wrong with staff at this store but when purchasing a promotional item, my email was conveniently changed by someone 3 months prior to promotion ending therefore no communication that the promotion was ending 14 days prior to the item being paid off because of not being able to log in!! Resulting in interest and finance charges being charged when I thought item was paid off!! Very sketchy, Read the fine lines my friends!!

Have been trying to get a refund for a returned item for almost 2 months now. Will not be doing business here again.
