Dr. Matthew Simmons

I can highly recommend Dr Matt Simmons! He has helped me over the last few years overcome knee pain as well as shoulder issues. Dr Simmons genuinely cares about the welfare of his patients and is very thorough!

With more and more Hospitals buying Private Practices, Doctors are expected to see as many Patients as possible, probable no more than 10 minutes per patient. There is little or no interaction between the Patient and Doctor. This makes me very uncomfortable that they are really getting to the root cause of the problem.nDr. Simmons was a breath of fresh air! He and his staff were friendly, efficient and totally focused on getting all of your information. If necessary, X-Rays were taken and reviewed by Dr. Simmons before he met with me. He was very personable, asked lots of questions, explained diagnosis in detail and presented the care options. I never felt rushed.nOverall, Dr. Simmons displayed what a perfect Patient/Doctor relationship should be like. He instilled a high level of confidence within me and I would strongly recommend him to all of my family and friends.

I have to say I’ve never been so impressed with an office as I am this office.... you NEVER feel rushed .... Dr.Simmons and Ms Sharon at the Townlake office went over and above to get much needed information sent out for me.... every staff member treats you like you are their only patient. Injured my foot playing tennis july 2019...pain was severe to the point I could not walk. Had it x-rayed the same day at an Urgent care...took the x-ray to Dr. Simmons....he remarked the x-ray was not the best quality and did a physical exam of the foot and diagnosed it as a pinched nerve...after 6 weeks and the foot not healing my physical therapist said I should get an MRI... I did and it showed a break of the 4th metatarsal... what started out as a stress fracture was now a displaced break...so I had been walking in regular shoes for 6 weeks and getting therapy both of which made the condition worse! Now I've changed doctors and am in a boot for at least 4 weeks with no guarantee that surgery may be required...which would be 6 months down time!! There should have been an MRI at the beginning...too many small bones in the foot...don't use Dr Matthew Simmons

Dr. Simmons was awesome! He took time to really listen to my history and unresolved issues. After 7 years of pain he discovered I have 2 extra cervical ribs! I've seen many neurologist, spine doctors, and chiropractors over the years who all focused on the wrong areas. It just took someone to actually listen! The office staff was very friendly and prompt as as well. Highly recommend Dr. Simmons!
