GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!nnJust spoke with Brittany about getting a washing machine fixed and I was able to provide her with the error codes that I was able to find. After speaking with her again she had explained to me the process that we could go forward with and even showed me a path that didn't directly lead me to doing service with their company.nnI can honestly say it refreshing to speak with a representative from a company that is honest and didn't just want to make a sale but actually helped educate an individual.nnGreat work! I hope she is well appreciated by her company and I do believe the values from her and the company will be a lasting trend!

Most incompetent place ever!! Charge $150 to fix a fridge that breaks a week and a half later again. Come back out to refill the gas but said it will break again because there is a leak but won’t look for the leak or replace any parts to fix the leak just say buy a new fridge. What good are you honestly?!

I called Pooler Appliance right at 8:30am to see about service for my refrigerator which no longer blows cold air. I was told by the phone receptionist that she can have someone come by the same day and would call me when they are on the way. I received a call at 12:30 that someone will be there in 20 min. Brian and Phil arrived within 20 min. They were friendly and professional. They were quick to identify the issue with the refrigerator and had the part to fix the issue. The cost of repair was very reasonable and below what I anticipated the cost to be. They were done within 30 min. I will definitely use them again and refer them to others. Thank you Brian, Phil, and the phone receptionist for great service and great outcome.

I paid them $150 to fix a leak in my 2 year old refrigerator about a month ago. At that time I was told that the repair was warranted for 90 days. A couple of weeks later it leaked again, and their repairman came back and informed me that he didn't know why it was leaking but would research the issue and fix the problem. That was about 3 weeks ago. I've called them twice since then, and was told their repairman doesn't know what to do about the leak. Nor has he called me back despite my request. So this leaves me nowhere, and out $150. Unbelievable.

These people will rip you off and run you in circles. Do not use them! They assured me they new what the problem was and now it's this..that, oops might be that too. You'll be better off to buy a new dishwasher rather than call them.
