So I read the older review on this business and had my doubts but my husband and I decided to give them a chance anyway.nWe bought a used washer and dryer in April 2013. Mr. Ken explained the 6 month warranty that comes on all his washer and dryers, which basically, unless you abuse the machines, he will come out to your home and fix it for you or replace the machine with another one that is in his store. The washer and dryer that we bought was delivered the same day we bought them. They hooked up both machines for us and tested a load of laundry to show us that they worked. I have had the machines now for 5 months and I haven't had any problems with them. We paid a little less than $300 for a kenmore super capacity washer and dryer. The delivery and hook up was free, which btw, we live over half an hour away from the store location. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone! Mr. Ken and his help, Rusty, were very nice as well as helpful. Also, it was much cheaper than buying a brand new washer and dryer.nOh and one more thing: the store is out in the middle of no where and it may look a little suspicious because it is in a very small and very old building, but I promise you won't be disappointed.
I am going today to file small claims against Ken because he won't pay me the money he signed an IOU for. I have offered several times to give him more time but unfortunately he won't honor his debt. The reason he owes me money is that he sold me a junk washer and dryer that made holes in my clothes. Do not buy from this man.
