Bad customer service we have never been to a worse usps but I mean we are in Jackson what can we expect from those workers..

I run a group of adopt a cop. Several participants are having their letters returned. One has had over 20 returned. In very disappointed.

Terrible customer service. I understand when you are busy and unable to help a person over the phone, but there is a nice way to say things. I was treated very rudely.

Well. I think thats it for me . packages are never on time. Called the customer service number this am , spose to get a call back in 20 mins. More like a 1 hr 20 . and to top it off , there now out sourcing the calls to another country . THE USPS IS NOT USING AMERICANS TO DO AMERICAN WORK . I WONT USE YOU AGAIN
