Briarwood Active 55+ Resort

Beautiful clubhouse but most of the homes were from the 60's and not well taken care of. There some that were newer they were mixed in with the old. Was not impressed

Briarwood is a clean, quiet, yet fun community. With two clubhouses, two pools, billiards, shuffleboard and and scheduled events (luncheons, dinners, holiday parties and more), there is always something to enjoy! Briarwood is close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and the beach! We love it here!

This place is great! The residents are friendly and very helpful. I need a few repair guys to do work for me and some of the neighbors have helped me with some of it so I wouldn't have to spend a lot of money!nHow nice and neighborly is that!! Love it here. ud83dude0e

Place looks so nice, beautiful clubhouse and pool , could be my future retirement place

I used to live there. The new club house and pool are fantastic. It's a nice place to live.
