For it being a mobile home park it’s taking care of, clean & always trying to make it better. Management here (danny) make you feel safe & makes sure everyone is doing there part to do the same. His right hand man (Jimmy) is also very concern about a everyone’s issue and both are very respectful and humble and get any and all jobs done. They keep this park in order and feeling like family.
Looked like a really nice place to live but someone got the rental just before I got there but the guy Danny was really nice
Quiet little spot on the river. In a not so busy area that's a terrific place to live and relax. 5 min from the beach, dining and numerous sourced of entertainment.
My mom lives here and my uncle runs it he does such a great job
My daughter, her husband and newborn son live there. It's quiet and relaxing there. It's a Community of Cute Tiny Homes! There's a Homeowners Association that's really on top of things so you can be assured that ALL of the rules are followed.nIt's really close to the river and Riverside Mobile Home Park has three docks for the Homeowners & their guests to use. Great fishing Docks that have picnic tables and solar panels for lights if you're night fishing!nSome of the Homeowners are retirees living lifestyle like it's supposed to be lived!
