I was “shopping” for a better home insurance rate, with the same or more coverage than my current policy. I called a few places, and Allstate gained my business with not only a great quote with better coverage than I currently had, but also a better rate. I was very happy with the personalized walk through of the policy, with questions and answers throughout. I had been with my current company for over 40 years, a great company, but with a recent re-finance of a newer home, I felt the need to “refresh my coverage” and was very happy with my personalized consultation and coverage with Allstate that will save me about 500.00 per year on my home and car insurance, with more coverage options.nI’m glad I took the time to “shop!” And I’m sure you will too!

I called to ask for a hard copy of my insurance cards and they told me that I had to unenrolled from paperless billing which is at 8 1/2% increase in the cost of my insurance. I told her I didn’t have an option to print and she said that I would have to unenroll Or go online and request them to be mailed to you. I asked her if she could please help me and she said that’s all I can do. So then I told her thanks for nothing and she goes oh you’re welcome for nothing and hung up on me. Very unprofessional And I will be looking for new insurance once my policy is up. I do not recommend going with this agency they do nothing to help you and have very poor customer service.

I have used Jason’s agency since I bought my house 4 years ago. We had a home break in and working with them was absolutely painless. They got us back up on our feet within days and back to our normal lives. I will forever use them because of how much they helped us. I like the discounts; Drivewise and the first to come forward to offer the Shelter-at-home checks for several months!
