I have nothing but good to express about this branch which represents State Farm very well. The staff is very friendly. Haley is an asset to this company, she’s very professional, promptly answering calls and respond with an informative response. I have used insurance companies in the past and some were pleasant, others mediocre, but the State Farm in Auburn is an excellent representation of their parent company. I started out with solely an auto policy, but Haley convinced me to upgrade my coverage to renter’s, and a life insurance policy. Haley Jones is indeed one of a kind.nHaley’s kind tone and willingness to help or defer me to her knowledgeable staff members, Skylar, Drew, Tanya, or anyone else speaks volumes to the quality of her service.
