I currently have a termite bond/contract with Prime Pest since July 2018 and I do appreciate their customer service, the value of their products/services and willingness to work with the customer. I would recommend especially if you're like me wanting to have that added protection from termites - which I learned upon purchasing my home are horrible in GA. Their response time is good from reaching out to coordinate appointments to paying for services over the phone. Thanks Prime Pest.
Yellow jackets had moved into my chimney space and it seemed like a fairly large colony. Brian used a special spray designed for getting rid of them. He shared how he would do it, how long it would take to work and what I could expect. He sprayed them midday and by sunset only a few of the wasps were showing up at the entrance. Next morning (today) I have not seen a single flight-capable wasp. Thanks to Brian for an effective treatment and removal of my worries. Will use them again for sure.
