My lawn guy, Jace, is always so informative and polite. I've been using this service for just over a year now and the service as well as the the staff are wonderful. I'm so glad I chose Massey!

We are unhappy customers of the shrub pest control service from Massey and have cancelled the service now. The ‘guarantee’ they provide on the service comes with a lot of conditions.We were guaranteed that if any plants are damaged or dies during the service, they would replace them. When few of our plants actually got damaged, they are full of excuses like it is still alive, maybe we can salvage it etc. The plants are clearly in a very bad condition and do not seem like they are going to survive. Also make a note that if you want to cancel the service, they have to be given a 30 day notice. I unnecessarily had to pay $48 to renew the service even though I wanted to cancel it. They also include tree care in the shrub service but will NOT look after the tree 4’ up. So if it catches a disease or insect attack above 4’, they will not do anything about it. The sales guy does not clarify these things. We realized this later when technicians started coming to do their job. Please be very well informed before you sign up. I would not pay extra and then regret it.

We have Massey doing lawn and irrigation service. We have been very happy with both. The guy who does our irrigation, Jory, is fantastic. He is always polite, professional and does an excellent job. He doesn't leave until everything is perfect. Highly recommend him.

Not a happy customer, weeds have taken over our lawn. We replaced SOD this weekend in our yard and that is after we have made a call to local rep and nothing has been done. We are having to treat and repair ourselves. All they are good for is replacing a sprinkler head, they check the water coverage but that is a waste, it still doesn't cover all that it should. DO IT YOURSELF, or hire the right help.
