Office staff and all workers were professionally skilled, they worked with our flexible schedule and made valuable suggestions that created a beautiful remodelled bathroom. Workers were knowledgeable, clean, neat and arrived on schedule. We highly recommend Larson - Job Well Done!!
A Kitchen Remodel was the last thing on our minds before the water damage. I was proactive in meeting with many contractors prior to making the final decision to go with Mendez Remodel and Larson Construction and we are so glad we did! Communication is key when working together to complete such a big project and Joe, Larson Construction was there and available through the whole process! Jason, their cabinet installer did an awesome job and the rest of the crew pulled it all together. We just love our new kitchen! Highly recommend them if you are considering a renovation or.... have an unexpected incident as we did!
I have never been happier with a remodel! Not only were they affordable but timely too! I love cooking every night in my gorgeous kitchen!
Great company! I had a big job that needed to be done, and Joe and his crew blew my expectations out of the water! Not only was the job well done, he dealt with me and my thousands of questions and requests. He made me more than happy. My bathroom, kitchen and living room all look amazing! On top of workmanship his workers and the contractors he hires are all proffesional and reliable. Larson construction is my go to for anything involving my house.
Kitchen project summer 2017. I've been reluctant to post online review - today was last straw- dishwasher installed incorrectly & almost caused serious injury to husband. I did my due diligence; called previous clients, visited 2 homes he remodeled. Buyer beware.nnTile removal process: Plastic barrier not sealed. House filled with billowing tile dust.nnTile laid incorrectly w/ huge lippage - such that one tripped walking through kitchen: Removed & reinstalled by different company, who failed to put stain preventative in grout! Now we are dealing with grout looking dirty all the time even though we have had it professionally cleaned several time.nnPainting: Texturizing of wall inconsistent, bulging, & peeling - RepairednnElectrician forgot to wire under-cabinet lighting - CorrectednnWrong granite installed. Multiple different stories given to us by builder and granite fabricator as to why wrong slab installed. - granite ReplacednnOriginal granite backsplash side wall wood molding showing - told it had to be that way to hold up granite bar - not true. FixednnFaucet handle hits granite backsplash - Not Repairable, but liveablennAppliance garage installed improperly, unable to get it square - Permanently Removed as builder unable to figure out how to install.nnCabinet door wrong size.ReplacednnCabinet doors under sink crooked -RepairednnMicrowave vent wrong size -ReplacednnMicrowave vent taped but not sealed. Asked contractor’s employee to seal vent. Replied, “You have pest control, don’t you?” I replied, “Yes.” he responded, “Then no worries. No little critters will crawl through there.” I insisted he cover exposed section. He did but after his departure, it was noted only the visible portions were covered. - We FixednnRange installed - unable to push back tight to the wall, left a 2 to 3 inch gap due to the location of gas pipe coming out of the wall. We had to have Cunningham Oil come and move pipe. - We paid to be fixed.nnSeams in cabinets not tight -We fixednnCabinet skin flawed after installer caulked over areas and chipped paint. We requested this to be fixed several times, not done. -We fixednnGas Stove - About a month after project completed I noted that soot was appearing on my cookware after using range top. After researching on the Internet I learned I needed to call the gas company. Gas technician discovered the Converters were installed incorrectly on the stovetop by builder’s appliance technician. Each burner has its own specific converter which was supplied by GE. Converters were arbitrarily installed thus the cause of the soot on the cookware. Caused soot on backsplash. Converters were NEVER installed in the oven. Took hours to clean. The worst part: exposed to high levels carbon monoxide. We were charged $100 extra for converting gas stove/oven by builder! Cost us over $300 to fix oven issues. I emailed Joe Larson regarding this issue in 2017, he NEVER responded.nnMolding under bar too short with a wall flaw - Only wall flaw was corrected. Molding remains too short (We had purchased this molding ourselves.). We have reluctantly accepted molding too short. Partially corrected...nn4 out of 6 cabinet door handles not level. -We fixednnMolding under bar top & Kickplates under cabinets not caulked -We fixednnDuring walk thru - Contractor angry re puch-list. He said I was being picky & that he'd lost a lot of money on project & he bet only reason I selected him was he was the lowest bid. I told him no he wasn't.nnToday, 22 months later: Per GE Tech - builder’s appliance installer installed dishwasher incorrectly. Insulation left on both sides internally, tangled w/& displaced pulleys. Last week door crashed down onto husb's foot. Also dishwasher was secured into the cabinets incorrectly & if washer ever needs to be pulled out for repair or replacement it will probably tear up our cabinets and possibly the granite countertop.nnUnder cabinet lighting is now falling down & one section does not work.nnKitchen project was the gift that keeps on giving... keeps on giving problems.
