I am very pleased with how responsive they are as a team. From the consultation with the inspector Steve Walker to the technician Mark (didn't get a last name unfortunately). Their treatment plan was followed through in a timely manner and then some considering I called for an extra treatment and they happily did. Steve was extremely welcoming and informative, Mark did more work then I expected. I am grateful and thankful that I used Orkin's services and would surly recommend them to anyone.
Mark was excellent. He was on time and very efficient. He was thorough and courteous. I’d recommend Orkin to anyone with any problems Orkin treats!
Had to give in and get professional help about 3 yrs ago as the ant infestation beach side was out of control. Choose Orkin and have been satisfied. They are prompt, respectful, and have solved the problem. When I do find new ants, they are back, no charge, between the quarterly visits.

Orkin is the absolute best, from the girl that answers the phone at the office to personal my pest control specialist there are no negative things I could ever say about either of them. Chris from the Flagler location in Volusia county Florida is my monthly service man and he is without a doubt an all around amazing person. He knows every answer/solution to any question or bug problem I have ever asked him. He is super trustworthy and honest, which makes me feel even more comfortable. I will stay with Orkin forever.
